Service

End-to-end digital transformation

When ready-made modules are not enough, we take on the whole job: process analysis, ERP selection and setup or integration with the ERP you use, data infrastructure, connecting Self-Opt and Akılkent modules to it, and a website that talks to the system.

Scope

Four parts, one system.

Take what you need. You can start with one part and leave the rest for later.

1

Process analysis and data inventory

Which decision is made where, with which data? We map that first; the first step of digital transformation is not software, it is this map.

2

ERP selection, setup and integration

If you have no ERP, selecting and setting up the right one; if you do, connecting to systems such as SAP, Logo or Mikro via API.

3

Connecting decision modules

Order quantities, alerts and route plans do not stay on separate screens; they flow straight into the system you use.

4

Website and customer portal

We build your website as part of your system, not a shop window: stock and orders flow into the ERP, customer requests into planning.

Approach

Not a big-bang project. Start small.

One process, a measurable result, then expand. The first step of digital transformation is not software; it is a map of your decisions.

  1. 1

    Map it

Which decision is made by whom, with which data, in which file? We list processes and data sources together.

  2. 2

    Pick one process

We start with the single process that loses the most time or money: purchasing, stock counts, quoting…

  3. 3

    Set up and measure

We set up the ERP or connect to the existing one, place the decision module in the process, and measure before and after.

  4. 4

    Expand

Once the result is visible we move to the next process. Each step builds on the data of the previous one.

Example transformations

Decisions that flow into each other instead of separate screens.

  • Order quantities set by experience in Excel

→Order suggestions are calculated and land in the ERP as drafts

  • Quotes in Word, prices copied by hand

→Quote with cost and margin on one screen; once approved it becomes a purchase plan

  • Stock figures differ between warehouse and accounting

→One stock ledger; receipts and sales are posted automatically

  • Website is just a shop window

→Requests and orders from the site flow straight into the system

The examples illustrate the scope of the service; what gets connected and how is decided by the process analysis for each business.

The first step is a conversation.
